Kyle Rhoderick-President
15 years of mining and mineral industry technical and management experience provide Mr. Rhoderick the rich background for this position. He has been a mine geologist, surveyor, mine planning engineer, drill and blast engineer, open pit production foreman, underground production general foreman, corporate raw materials manager and contracting manager. Mr. Rhoderick is a certified MSHA trainer.
Craig Bradford-Vice President-Product Development
Mr. Bradford has been the Vice President of Connors since 1998. Before his current position, Craig took on the role of shop foreman in 1996 and later became the shop manager. Mr. Bradford has been with the company since 1980 and has worked extensively throughout North and South America and Asia Pacific. Craig is a certified heavy duty mechanic. As Vice President -Product Development, he is responsible for the design, building and maintenance of the Connors drill fleet.
Mark Harris-Manager of Environmental, Health, Safety and Training
Mr. Harris joined the Connors team in 2008 and brings his safety and environmental health knowledge to the company. Mr. Harris is a certified industrial hygienist, certified safety professional, MSHA instructor, certified Environmental, Health and Safety Auditor, and certified Green Belt-Six Sigma. He is responsible for development and implementation of environment, health and safety and training programs. Before joining Connors, Mark has been a project manager, occupational health consultant, industrial hygienist and safety engineer.
Jeff Ryser-Manager of Purchasing and IT
Mr. Ryser originally joined Connors in 1985 as a seasonal helper. He became a full time employee in 1993 and has progressed through various positions within the company to reach his position as Manager of Purchasing and IT. Before his current postion Mr. Ryser was the Montrose Office Manager.
Rusty Church-Manager of Operations
Before joining Connors, Mr. Church worked for the Standard Metals Mine in Silverton, Colorado and Newmont Mining Company in Elko, NV. Mr. Church has progressed through various supervisory roles until reaching his position of operations manager of Nevada. Mr. Church has 23 years of drilling industry experience.
Chris Morris-Manager of Operations
Mr. Morris has been working in the drilling industry for 23 years. Mr. Morris has held various management positions with Connors including manager of CDU, our Australian affiliate. Chris is currently responsible for operations management for Alaska and the North West States.
